Permanent rotation means the orientation change is saved directly into the PDF file itself. Unlike viewing rotation in a PDF reader (which is temporary and may reset), our tool modifies the PDF's internal rotation metadata so that every viewer displays the pages correctly—whether it's Adobe Acrobat, a browser, or a mobile app.
We support 90° clockwise, 90° counter-clockwise (270°), and 180° rotation. Each page can be rotated independently, or you can apply the same rotation to all pages at once using the toolbar buttons.

We recommend files up to 50 MB for the best experience. Since all processing happens in your browser's memory, very large files (100+ MB or 500+ pages) may cause slowdowns depending on your device's RAM. For typical documents, the tool handles them quickly and smoothly.
Yes, this tool is completely free with no limitations. There are no watermarks, no page limits, no subscription requirements, and no hidden fees. Rotate as many PDFs as you need, as often as you like.
Our tool detects each page's existing rotation and displays it in the preview. Any rotation you apply will be added on top of the existing orientation. For example, if a page is already at 90° and you apply another 90° clockwise rotation, the final result will be 180°. The "Reset" button restores the page to its original PDF rotation.
