The tool supports any format that your browser can play natively – typically MP4 (H.264), WebM, and Ogg. For the best experience use local MP4 files. Online URLs work for preview but downloading may be blocked if the server doesn’t allow cross‑origin access.

Absolutely! Click the “Download filtered video” button, choose a duration, and the tool will record the canvas output as a .webm file. Note: downloaded videos do not include the original audio track.
