The tool automatically calculates the total cost of all your wishlist items, separates purchased vs. remaining items, and helps you track progress toward your savings goals. All data is saved locally in your browser via localStorage, so your list persists even after you close the tab.

Yes! You can set a total budget using the budget input field above your wishlist. Once set, the tool displays how much of your budget has been used and how much remains. A visual progress bar shows your budget utilization at a glance. This is perfect for planning large purchases or holiday shopping within a spending limit.

Absolutely. All your wishlist data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No data is ever sent to any server, shared with third parties, or tracked. Your wishlist remains completely private on your device. If you clear your browser's local storage, the data will be removed — so we recommend exporting your list as a CSV backup if it's important to you.

You have two options: Export CSV downloads your wishlist as a spreadsheet-compatible file (great for budgeting apps or Excel), and Copy copies a formatted text summary of your wishlist to your clipboard, ready to paste into messages, emails, or notes. Both options include item names, prices, categories, priorities, and purchase status.

Priority levels help you organize your wishlist by importance: High (🔴) for must-have items you want to purchase soon, Medium (🟡) for things you'd like but can wait on, and Low (🟢) for nice-to-have items that aren't urgent. Each priority is visually indicated with a colored dot next to the item for quick scanning.

Yes! The tool supports 7 major currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), JPY (¥), AUD (A$), CAD (C$), and INR (₹). Simply select your preferred currency from the dropdown at the top of the page. All prices, totals, and budget figures will update to display the correct currency symbol. Note that the tool doesn't perform currency conversion — all values are assumed to be in the selected currency.

Yes, every item in your wishlist has edit (✏️) and delete (🗑️) buttons. Clicking edit loads the item back into the form for modification — update any field and click "Update Item" to save changes. Deleting an item shows a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental removal. You can also use "Mark All Purchased" or "Unmark All" for bulk status changes, and "Clear All" to reset the entire list.
