Yes! The tool reverses lines regardless of numbering or bullet points. However, note that it reverses the lines themselves, not the numbers. If your list is numbered (e.g., "1. Apple"), the numbers will also be reversed along with the text. If you need to re-number after reversing, you can manually adjust or use the Sort features for alphabetical ordering instead.

Reversing simply flips the current order — it's a mirror image of your original list. Sorting rearranges items based on alphabetical or numerical rules (A→Z or Z→A). Alternatively, copy your column data and paste it into our tool above, click Reverse, and paste the result back into your spreadsheet — often faster than setting up formulas! Yes! Use the Dedupe button to remove duplicate lines from your input before reversing. The deduplication preserves the first occurrence of each line and removes subsequent duplicates while maintaining relative order. You can then reverse the deduplicated list. For the reverse workflow, dedupe first, then reverse.
