UD5 Toolkit
Combine random elements alchemy-style & discover new creations
No discoveries yet. Start combining!
This is a free online tool inspired by Little Alchemy that lets you randomly combine elements to discover new ones. Each combination follows logical alchemy rulesβmix fire and water to get steam, earth and water for mud, and so on. It's both entertaining and educational, perfect for exploring elemental interactions in a playful way.
Two elements are randomly selected from a pool of base and discoverable elements. When you click "Combine," the tool checks if those two elements have a defined reaction. If they do, a new element is created and recorded in your discovery log. If not, you'll see "Nothing happens"βjust like in the original Little Alchemy game.
The tool includes 30+ elements and 50+ possible combinations. The four basic elementsβWater, Fire, Earth, and Airβare always available in the random pool. As you discover new elements through successful combinations, they too become part of the randomization pool.
Not every pair of elements reacts. When you attempt a combination that has no defined result, the tool gently shows "Nothing happensβ¦" This is normalβexperimentation is key! Even failed attempts help you learn which elements don't interact, narrowing down the possibilities for future discoveries.
Yes! Your discovered combinations are automatically saved to your browser's local storage. This means they'll persist even if you close the page and come back later. Use the "Reset" button if you'd like to clear your progress and start fresh.
Some combinations are marked as Rare (β ) or Epic (β¦) based on how surprising or powerful the resulting element is. For example, combining Cloud + Energy to create Lightning is considered rare, while creating Life itself from fundamental elements is epic. These special combinations have unique visual effects when discovered.
Little Alchemy is a popular game where players combine elements to create new ones, starting from four basics. This tool captures that same spirit of discovery and experimentation, but adds the twist of randomizationβyou don't always choose which elements to combine, making each attempt a surprise. It's a great companion for Little Alchemy fans or anyone who enjoys elemental logic puzzles.
Absolutely! The tool is fully responsive and works smoothly on smartphones and tablets. The element cards, buttons, and result area all adapt to smaller screens, and touch targets are sized comfortably for finger taps. The Auto Combine mode is especially handy on mobile for hands-free experimentation.
No limits at all! You can combine elements as many times as you like. The randomization ensures endless variety, and with 50+ defined combinations plus countless "no reaction" possibilities, there's always something new to attempt. Challenge yourself to discover every single combination!
