Conference Bingo is a fun, interactive game that transforms mundane meetings into engaging experiences. Each player receives a 5×5 bingo card filled with common meeting clichés, buzzwords, and predictable phrases — like "You're on mute!" or "Let's circle back on that." During the meeting, when someone says one of the phrases on your card, you mark that cell. The center cell is a FREE space (always marked). The first person to complete a row, column, or diagonal line of 5 marked cells wins — shouting "BINGO!" is highly encouraged (though maybe on mute 😉). It's a great icebreaker, keeps remote teams engaged, and adds a spark of humor to otherwise routine calls.
Absolutely! Select the "Custom Phrases..." option from the Cliché Collection dropdown. You can enter any phrases you like — team inside jokes, department-specific jargon, or phrases unique to your company culture. Just make sure you provide at least 24 unique phrases (one per line). The generator will randomly select 24 and shuffle them across your card(s). This is perfect for tailoring the game to your specific team or recurring meeting where certain phrases always pop up.
You can generate 1, 2, or 4 unique cards at a time using the "Number of Cards" selector. Each card uses the same pool of 24 selected phrases but arranges them differently — so every player gets a distinct card. This means no two players will have the same layout, keeping the game fair and competitive. If you need more than 4 cards, simply click "Generate New Cards" again to create additional unique sets. Pro tip: generate and print multiple cards before your meeting to hand out (physically or virtually) to all participants.

Printing is simple! Click the "Print Cards" button to open your browser's print dialog. The print layout is optimized — control buttons disappear, and cards are rendered with clean black borders on a white background, perfect for physical handouts. For best results, generate 4 cards and print them on a single A4 or Letter-sized sheet (they'll arrange in a 2×2 grid).
