Morse code is a method of encoding text characters as sequences of two different signal durations, called dots and dashes. It was developed by Samuel Morse in the 1830s for telegraphy and is still used in aviation, amateur radio, and assistive technology.

Simply type your text into the input box. The tool translates it into Morse code and instantly draws the corresponding dot/dash art on a canvas. You can adjust dot size, dash length, colors and spacing and then download or copy the generated image.

Yes. Use the sliders and color pickers to change dot radius, dash length/height, spacing between signals, characters and words, as well as foreground and background colors. The preview updates in real time.

You can download the generated art as a PNG image with transparent or solid background (depending on your color choice). A “Copy Image” button is also provided for pasting directly into other applications.

The tool supports uppercase letters A–Z, digits 0–9, and common punctuation: . , ? ' ! / ( ) & : ; = + - _ " $ @. Unrecognized characters are silently ignored.

A small gap (Signal Space) separates dots and dashes within a character. A larger gap (Char Space) appears between letters, and an even larger gap (Word Space) separates words. All gaps are adjustable.

The width of the canvas automatically matches the preview container. Long messages will wrap into multiple lines. If the art still overflows, reduce the dot/dash sizes or the spacing values using the sliders.
