Use the speed slider (clock icon) in the control bar. You can set the duration each slide stays visible from 1 second to 10 seconds, in 0.5-second increments. The default is 3 seconds. The current speed is displayed next to the slider and updates in real time — even during playback.

Absolutely. Click the Fullscreen button (expand icon) or press the F key on your keyboard. The viewer expands to fill your entire screen — perfect for presentations or immersive photo viewing. Press Escape or click the button again to exit fullscreen mode.
