Online Color Replacer

Our tool uses pixel-level color analysis on your uploaded image via HTML5 Canvas. You pick a source color by clicking on the image, choose a target color, and the tool scans every pixel to find those matching your source color (within the tolerance range). Matched pixels are then replaced with your target color — either fully or just their hue component. All processing happens locally in your browser — no data is ever uploaded to any server.

Full Replace changes every matched pixel to the exact target color (RGB values are fully replaced). This is ideal for precise color changes like product photo recoloring. Swap Hue Only retains the original pixel's saturation and lightness, only changing its hue to match the target color's hue. This preserves natural shading and texture while shifting the color tone — perfect for creative edits and maintaining realistic appearance.

Tolerance controls how strict or loose the color matching is. At 0%, only pixels with the exact same RGB values as your source color are replaced. At higher values (50-100%), the tool matches a broader range of similar colors. This is essential for real-world images where lighting and gradients create slight color variations. Use the "Show Matched Areas" toggle to visualize exactly which pixels are being targeted before applying the replacement.

Absolutely safe. All image processing is done entirely client-side using JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. Your image never leaves your browser. No data is transmitted, stored, or accessible by any third party. You can use this tool offline once the page is loaded.

The tool supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images. For animated GIFs, only the first frame is processed. The maximum recommended file size is 20MB. Downloaded results are saved as PNG to preserve quality. Transparency in PNG images is fully preserved during color replacement.

Currently, the tool processes one color replacement at a time. However, you can download the result after each replacement and re-upload it to perform another color swap. For batch color replacement needs, consider using professional software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP.
